As a strategic cross-functional function, employer branding is established as a core responsibility within the Marketing Department. We serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders at KIT, systematically integrating employer branding into existing marketing, communications, and HR processes to ensure its long-term effectiveness.
Our focus lies on positioning KIT nationally and internationally as an employer of choice, strengthening employees’ identification with KIT, and establishing effective stakeholder management across both central and decentralized units.
