As KIT’s photo studio, we offer employees the opportunity to have professional photos taken in the style of the KIT employer brand. All KIT employees can sign up for this and participate in the photo sessions. The photos include both shots with a visionary upward gaze and frontal portraits.

There is a fee for this service. A package of three to five photos costs 83.60 euros. The costs are covered by your institute, which is why prior approval from the authorized signatory is required to participate.

Here’s how to place an order and book an appointment:
First, fill out the order form on our website in its entirety. After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain links to book your appointment.

The following dates are available for photo sessions, each between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.:

• Campus North: October 13, 2026, and October 14, 2026
• Campus South: October 22, 2026, and October 23, 2026

You can use the links in the confirmation email to directly select and book a suitable appointment. Your participation in a photo session is not confirmed until you have booked an appointment.
