Using our large-format plotters, we can produce high-quality prints for posters, presentations, and exhibitions. Depending on your intended use, choose between photo paper for maximum color depth and detail, or plain paper for functional plans and notices.
For a professional and durable presentation, we also offer the option of mounting your products on sturdy backing materials. We’d be happy to advise you.
Our service is subject to a fee as part of our internal cost allocation system. We’d be happy to discuss expected prices in advance and provide you with a quote.

- Large format plot on photo paper in semi-matt (up to 106 cm roll width) or matt (up to 111 cm roll width)

How do I order a plot job?
Please send your print job by e-mail to grafik∂km.kit.edu.
Which paper formats are possible?
The maximum width is 89 cm for normal paper.Semi-matt photo papercan be printed up to approx. 106 cm wide and photo paper matt up to approx. 111 cm wide.
Which file formats are supported?
Please send your print data as a PDF. If possible with appropriate bleed and crop marks.
What do I need to bear in mind when creating a PDF?
For optimum quality, use a resolution of at least 300 dpi and, if possible, embed all fonts (TrueType as a soft font) in full.
How is payment made?
Payment is made via our order form.
What does a large format plot cost?
The costs depend on the paper selected:
- Normal paper (120g/sqm) costs €22.50 per running meter, excl. further processing
- Photo paper (260g/sqm) costs approx. 28 € per running meter, excl. further processing
