Video Productions:
The Media Production department coordinates internal resources and external service providers to carry out professional video projects on your behalf. We support you from the initial consultation through the conceptual phase all the way to the final delivery of your video production.

The Video Production Process
- Consultation – In an initial brief meeting, we’ll work together to define your objectives, target audience, and a rough budget.
- Concept Development – We’d be happy to gather and discuss your initial ideas with you. These can serve as a starting point for our service providers to create a storyboard, shooting schedule, and production timeline. Your key messages and existing video and audio footage will be incorporated into this draft.
- Pre-production – We advise you on suitable filming locations and provide information on the necessary permits for location approvals and rights of the individuals featured.
- Shooting – The shoot is carried out by an external service provider; you designate your on-site contacts and, if necessary, coordinate the interview subjects or spokespersons. Upon request, our photography team can also take behind-the-scenes and set photos of the production.
- Post-production – Post-production is also handled by the service provider, including editing, sound mixing, color grading, and subtitles. We’re happy to work with you through feedback loops to review the quality and ensure a smooth process.
- Delivery – All final products (web-optimized MP4, 4K master, subtitle files) can be provided to you and archived. You confirm final acceptance.
