Video production process

  1. Consultation - In an initial brief meeting, we define the objectives, target group and rough budget together.
  2. Conception - We are happy to collect and discuss your initial ideas with you. These can serve as an initial basis for our service providers to create a storyboard, shooting schedule and production schedule. Your key messages and existing image/sound material are incorporated into this draft.
  3. Pre-production - We advise you on suitable filming locations and provide information on the necessary permits for locations and personal rights.
  4. Shooting - The shoot is carried out by the external service provider, you name your contact persons on location and coordinate the interview or speaker participants if necessary. On request, our photo team can also create making-of and set photos of the production.
  5. Post-production - The service provider also takes care of post-production, such as editing, sound mixing, color grading and subtitles. We are happy to check the quality together with you in the feedback loops and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  6. Delivery - All end products (web-optimized MP4, 4K master, subtitle files) can be provided and archived for you. You confirm the final acceptance.
